Grazing is an essential tool in fuel management, allowing simultaneously a reduction in the available fuel load and its potential fire risk, as well as habitat management and soil fertilisation.
Within the scope of the Life Landscape Fire project, CIM Viseu Dão Lafões promoted training in Planning Techniques for Grazing Actions.
Here is the presentation by Dr. Gonzalo Palomo Guijarro (Universidad de Extremadura) on the experience of the Mosaic Project in the North of Cáceres (Extremadura).
