As part of the 30th anniversary celebrations of the LIFE programme, the Life Landscape Fire project participated, on the 22nd June 2022, in an online session organised by the LiveAdapt project, with the main theme “Extensive livestock farming and biodiversity”.
The projects Lifeprogramme, LifeCañadas, LIFE Montado-Adapt, AgriAdapt, LIFE Maronesa, LIFE Regenerate, and Life Scrubsnet participated in this session. All these LIFE projects aim to enhance and maintain extensive livestock farming, taking into account its contribution to mitigate climate change, to increase biodiversity and to improve ecosystem services.
